I am writing to compliment your company on the excellent service we received in March. We engaged your company to move my Aunt Helen from an apartment in Crystal Lake to a retirement community.

I was initially impressed with the courteous treatment I received over the telephone when calling for information. Furthermore, it was unusual to be advised to consult the Better Business Bureau, which I did. It certainly speaks to your company's credibility.

The move itself went exceptionally well. We were very fortunate to have had Ed's crew (Ed, Eric, and Ruben) as our movers. They were very efficient, courteous, friendly and careful. Their appearance and behavior put us at ease from the start. They also helped us in several ways that exceeded our expectations. Please compliment his crew and know that we would recommend your company without hesitation. It is a pleasure to have had such a positive experience with a company during a time of complete upheaval.

Your company moved my properties from West Dundee to Carpentersville. I just want you to know that the three young men that were assigned to the job did an excellent job. Their work habits are what I would expect from a truly professional team. That is exactly what they are. They are an asset to your company and it makes me proud to know that the younger generation has people like your people.

The team foreman was Ed. One of the helpers was Ruby. I'm sorry but I forgot the third member's name, but I can tell you he placed a heavy TV on a high shelf without marking it. I could not have done that! GREAT JOB!!!

Dear Sir,

Last week in June, my dad had your company move some of my stuff from my old house to here in the city with me. I am very short on funds so I was unable to tip your drivers. I feel bad about this as they did a great job. They were honest, efficient and friendly. I wish was able to have tipped them but I was not. I want you to know that they did a great job. I have had several movers in the past but yours were the best. Please express my gratitude to the three movers for me.
